Part 2. Configure Secure LDAPs on Domain Controller

The first step of part two is to open Certification Authority from Server Manager, but Server Manager on my desktop does not give me that option even though it lists DC-04 as an AD CS. Closing and reopening Server manager does not help. I try to open Computer Manager from Server Manager but it gives me the error:

Computer cannot be connected.....

When I close out the error message, the console opens anyway. But this console isn't going to help me anyway. I've didn't have much time to work on this today so I'll have to come back to this again tomorrow. Man, how do I get the Certification Authority console to open?
